Welcome to New Hope Living & Nursing Services

New Hope Living Inc. was established in 2001. We have developed homes in Brooklyn Park and Hopkins, Minnesota. We serve adults with disabilities in a variety of settings based on their needs. New Hope Living was founded to provide support and empowerment to individuals receiving services.

We apply person-centered planning services and supports to help individuals identify their life plans and goals, then find and use services and supports in their lives to make their dreams come true. Many of our residents started with us in their late teens and have stayed with us into early adulthood and beyond.

We have accommodated and met changing needs of these individuals by assessing their social needs, independence level, and the programs that work best.
