We specialize in providing professional services for adults with various disabilities. Under the 245D licensing, we provide community residential services for adults of different ages. Through our experience with multiple populations, we have learned the unique challenges that our staff will face and how to overcome them. The services and programs designed for each individual are tailored to his or her unique needs in terms of goals, outcomes, interests, strengths, preferences, and interests. Achieving significant gains in socialization and adaptive skills with individuals with disabilities will require well-trained staff who can implement programs with consistency. Our well-trained staff understands each individual's unique learning style and interaction as we ask which activities will motivate them to excel in their goals.

While the same principles underlie a home for transitioning adolescents and adults, it will require a unique approach. In this type of situation, the staff must help each individual manage the convergence of independence, self-reliance, and increased responsibility.
